If you choose a standard system that is not customised for your company, the initial investment will be slightly lower. You do not have the intensive guidance and customized result. Nevertheless, it is important to consider the disadvantages of this approach. The productivity of your employees will suffer more in practice. In addition, acceptance of safe working practices will be noticeable worse, and be like a ball and chain on the legs of the employees and contractor.
